The most complete Infrared Body Coverage of all Sauna Brands!

Aside from a small handful of custom made saunas, all infrared saunas are made with wood glues. Customers often ask, “Is the glue used in your saunas non – toxic?”

We are proud to say that all Sun Stream infrared saunas are constructed with Made in USA ‘Titebond’ water based glues, which are approved for contact with food.

The more radiant heat that can be directly targeted onto your body the faster you will sweat since the Infrared Heat is absorbed by the moisture in your skin, drawn in deeper through conduction to the muscles to induce a deep heavy sweat.

The majority of Infrared Saunas on the market today do not have heaters installed on the front wall. In addition to this, what you see in most brands is the side wall heaters stopping short at the front of the seat. Therefore no radiant heat is projected on to the front of your body.

Our Evolve saunas provide a Superior Immersion in radiant heat with one of our large 300 Watt heaters placed directly in front of you on the door, providing true 360 Degrees of Surround Infrared Heat for a faster heavier sweat!

High Intensity Infrared with Heaters Positioned Low!

Sun Stream Infrared Saunas is the ONLY Infrared sauna company to provide thermal image evidence of our heaters’ superior infrared heat output. This is achieved by concentrating the saunas’ electrical power into smaller surface area, hotter carbon panels (High Watt Density panels).

Concentration of the electrical power into smaller hotter panels results in a superior sauna experience, targeting your body with more infrared heat, raising your core temperature and inducing a faster heavier sweat. Sometimes less is more!

Larger, Cooler, Weaker lower watt density panels.

Cheap low density carbon panels are easily identified in saunas. They cover much of the inside walls of the sauna and extend high up the sauna walls as pictured.

Warming your body quickly and sweating heavily are the fundamentals by which any Infrared sauna should be judged. Your sweating experience and benefits derived from using the saunas are dependent on the amount of Infrared radiant heat that is projected at you, hits your body & warms you.

NO Cloth Covers on the Heaters.

One of the most important factors to consider when purchasing an Infrared Sauna is that there are NO cloth covers over the surface of the Heater Panel.

Most competing Infrared Sauna brands are adhering synthetic cloth covers to their carbon panel heaters. Our Sun Stream ‘Nano-Carbon” heaters do not use cloth covers.

NO Cloth Covers on the Heaters.

  • Cloth Covers Significantly reduce Infrared Heat Output. Since radiant heat is absorbed by the moisture in our skin, cloth covers inhibit, block and prevent this from happening efficiently. The resulting effect is that it will take a lot longer to induce a sweat.
  • Cloth Covers introduce potentially off-gassing glues and synthetic fabrics into the sauna. In most cases the cloth covers are glued to the surface of the heater panels and/or surrounding timbers.
  • Cloth Covers make it almost impossible to maintain hygiene in the sauna since they cannot be removed or cleaned. This is especially problematic on the floor heater which is exposed to large amounts of sweat.

Open Design Heater Guards

Many sauna brands are installing excessive wooden slats in front of the carbon heater panels. These slats block and reduce the amount of infrared heat projected at your body.

Sun Stream’s wooden heater guards are constructed with strong, thick wooden slats, widely spaced to maximize the infrared output for your sauna experience.
