An infrared sauna is a significant investment, so the warranty behind it matters. Sun Stream Evolve saunas are backed by our Residential Lifetime Warranty, giving you long-term confidence in your purchase.
Our lifetime warranty covers the sauna heaters, electronic control system, cabinet against major deformation or breakage caused by manufacturing defects, lighting, sound system and other covered components.
If you ever experience a problem, simply contact us. Many issues can be diagnosed remotely and, where required, we can quickly arrange replacement parts and help you get your sauna operating again.
For commercial installations, Sun Stream provides a 5-year warranty. Full coverage details and exclusions can be found in our Warranty Agreement.
Electrical Safety
Electrical safety is fundamental in any product combining electricity and heat. Sun Stream Evolve saunas are manufactured and tested to meet the applicable electrical safety requirements for the markets in which they are sold.
Our saunas and electrical components undergo safety and compliance testing, providing confidence that the product you install in your home has been designed and manufactured to recognised electrical safety standards.
Independent testing and certification provide an additional level of assurance. TÜV Rheinland is an internationally recognised independent testing and certification organisation, assessing products against applicable safety and quality requirements.
